RSS and Avantgo
Maybe I'm way behind on this, but I just found out that you can put RSS feeds on Avantgo (i.e. create your own). So, I've just put a few of my netvibes feeds on Avantgo and wow, nice interface and quite handy for sorting through stories before attempting to read the whole thing...another technophile moment of having everything at hand.

at a jewelry store??? I don't think a hardware store would carry ones that small.

Too cool. I added my netflix "queue" and netflix "at home" feeds, plus slashdot and all things considered. too cool! I'm ready to buy an 8mb account...
